Brace yourself

The last few days and the next few to come are all about bracing and nailing. Now is the time when you get your walls straight and plumb, with everything tied to everything else by a system of braces. It is a methodical process, not too exciting, but pretty darn important if you want your roof to go on correctly. It also marks the dawn of a new era of headaches, as I inevitably will walk into one brace or another at least a dozen times in the next month.
